Substantive technical changes are limited to Section 3.1.7 (stress corrosion cracking) and WAPDEG Analysis (Sections 3.2.1, 3.2.4, and 3.2.5) results. Stress threshold and uncertainty ranges in the stress corrosion cracking model were changed in response to DOE review comments. Minor changes are primarily nontechnical editorial changes throughout the document including reference citations and clarification statements. Changes are designated by a change bar in the right margin. |
